To me the a7s and the 28-135 f4 is a great match. A full frame camera you can rely on in low light and a good manual focus and manual aperture. It works for documentaries and the effect isn’t as strong as one eye out of focus. With full frame you can just get better lenses because f4 is not a problem at all as with super35. And you can be sure to shoot almost everywhere.. so switching to an fs7 is not an option because the super35 lens at f4 is a big compromise.. I am not paying so much more for a camera that’s much worse in low light. An I am not willing to switch lenses the whole time..

If true, it also means that we may finally get much better low-light and higher-resolution images from Panasonic. Micro Four Thirds models are great in tons of ways — system size is one of the biggest — but low-light quality has never matched that of full-frame or even APS-C models, mostly because of the smaller sensor size, which has also limited the maximum resolution — it currently tops out at 20 or so megapixels. 

Of course, the rest I am going to write is conjecture but it wouldn’t surprise me if they released several MILCs (2 for instance) of which one was severely handicapped when using an adapter and the most expensive model will probably work well with an adapter. I am convinced that they won’t go balls out but will give the bare minimum.
