I will not accept because I cannot be objective. I am not in the target audience for this camera. Second…you need to understand the whole idea around the word dosappointnent. Canon did not promise you anything and then broke the promise. They did what they believe is right as their first step in the FF mirrorless journey and I am sure they have a plan for several years on how they want to develop the roadmap. There are many other cameras today that we can chose and every each of them is a compromise. So we need to pick the one that works best for what we do. For some it will be new Sony, for some it will be Nikon D850, for some it will be the next iteration of 5Ds, for some it is Fuji X-T3. We can look at the situation differently and be dossapointed that despite the fact that the cameras today are stunning, most of people are using them to produce average images:-) That is a true disappointment:-)

The Nikon Z7 and Nikon Z6 are designed to go toe-to-toe with high-end DSLRs, and they both have price tags that reflect that. The Z7 will be available on September 27th with a price tag of $3,400. The Z6 will hit stores in late November with a price tag of $1,996. When paired with the new 24-70mm lens, the Z7 and the Z6 will cost $4,000 and $2,600, respectively.

As Crowd Sorcerer says, the whole photographic and video industry is rushing to full frame. Like Lemmings. Because the manufacturers have got to make you constantly want to buy new cameras and lenses mainly to stay in business. Not because it’s better, or an improvement. I walked around CineGear this year and observed the same thing, everyone is all hyped about FF. If you take everyone to mean the manufacturers. But as far as users, meh, gear heads are excited but I don’t see a mass stampede in Television production, for instance, to switch from S35 to FF.

Nikon’s fan sites are rich with speculation/un-validated rumors of a new mount. As the the market #2, Nikon has less market power and a fully-functioning adapter would be all-but mandatory to make their offering attractive to the current base. On the other hand the F-mount right now — unlike Canon’s — is a heterogeneous hodge-podge of incompatibilities with the less then three year-old AIS-P mount variants adding to the mix. So it would seem some incompatibilities are inevitable. Still, Nikon did it with their ill-fated Series 1 mount a decade ago.

Multi-pump drives are common sight in mobile hydraulic systems. These drives consist of a gear drive inside a bell housing that connects to a gasoline or diesel engine.
