The new 50mm f/1.8 provides soft and beautiful bokeh and features a new powerful stepping motor (STM) for quiet and accurate AF control for both photo shooting and video recording.

The Z mount uses a large 55mm inner diameter and a 16mm flange focal distance that allow for apertures as fast as f/0.95 and a slim body design. It also opens the door to other lens properties that weren’t previously possible with Nikon’s F mount.

Flint officials have hailed the program as having the fastest timeline to replace pipes in the nation. A similar program in Lansing took 12 years.

It’s such a weird turnaround to like 10 years ago, back then, the GOOD lenses were native and the third party were mostly OK lenses, now the ART lenses are better than many native lenses.

These are all the exact same things I’ve pondered. And all your questions are ones that surely the smart people at Canon/Nikon have pondered too. Thus my belief that they surely, surely must come up with some kind of mount system that integrates current lenses well.

There are worse cameras to be compared to than the 5D Mark IV, Photographers looking to upgrade older gear may consider jumping into the mirrorless market with the EOS-R. But if you already own a 5D Mark IV, Canon hasn’t given you a compelling reason to make the switch. 

To recap, full-frame sensors are signficantly larger than the Four Thirds sensors in Panasonic and Olympus cameras, with a 3:2 aspect ratio compared to the smaller’s 4:3. Note that the Four Thirds sensor size is distinct from the Micro Four Thirds mount (despite how I labeled the graphic below). 

This would not only help in scaling the business but also help improve margins because of the value-added products. “We are gradually moving in products such as fittings, taps and other water dispensing products, which typically could have margins in the range of 20-50% as against the tradition pipes, which are sold on kilogram basis,” Jain said.
